Molly’s approach to couples and family therapy is based on her belief that every individual, couple, and family is unique. Taking this into consideration, Molly uses multiple concepts, strategies, and interventions from many different theoretical frameworks in order to guide families to their goals with the treatment that works best for them. To do this, it is necessary to create a safe and collaborative space for her clients and to build a strong alliance with each member involved. As a therapist, Molly is nonjudgmental, empathetic, goal-oriented, direct, and enjoys using humor throughout therapy when appropriate.
Molly’s passion is guiding couples, families, and individuals to better understand their own strengths and growing edges and how that influences their dynamic with their partners, friends, and family members.
With a background in pastoral counseling and youth mental health, Tommy has a gift for putting young people at ease. Through deep listening and connection, he allows clients to be who they are while working to become the person they believe they can be.
Tommy works primarily with boys and young men, ages 10 to early 20s—a group that often resists going into therapy. He responds by building a trusting and authentic relationship, helping clients navigate their healing within a mutually respectful space.
Tommy’s specialties include ADD/ADHD, compulsive technology use, anxiety, depression, academic pressures, sports performance, substance abuse, grief, and trauma. He began as a mental health counselor for young adults at Replogle Center for Wellbeing & Counseling, and later worked at Misericordia Home as a fitness instructor and ministry coordinator for adults with developmental disabilities.
Today, he helps young men shift from hurt and anger to hope and understanding. By witnessing their inner world and integrating a more life-affirming narrative in their story, Tommy helps his clients better themselves, their families, and their communities.

Rob knows how it feels to operate in a high demand, high-intensity work environment while trying to stay connected with family and friends. He struggled with achy joints and stiff muscles, anxiety and panic, disconnection from his wife and family, high-blood pressure, and a misalignment between what work and society wanted him to be, and who he truly was on the inside.
He came to a conclusion: as men, we’re conditioned to go to work, earn a livable income, and climb the corporate ladder. We live so hard in someone else’s dream that we lack a deep and meaningful sense of our own purpose. So Rob set out on a mission to take his power back. In his journey, he was able to:
● Manage his anxiety and eliminate instances of panic
● Develop a relationship with his monkey-mind
● Cultivate a body that was fluid, strong, powerful, and nimble
● Find energy, drive, calm, and peace within himself instead of reaching for food and substances outside himself
● Connect deeply and meaningfully with real people
● Connect to his true love and purpose in life.
People noticed, and started asking:
● Rob, can you teach me to meditate?
● What is that breath work you’re doing?
● What do you do for stress?
● Why do you sit in the snow?
● Why do you shake and tap on your body like that?
● I want to try yoga, but the classes and female instructors don’t resonate with me...
So, Rob set out to teach the very tools that have empowered him to live a life of peace, presence, purpose, power, and connection.

Tangee is the owner and founder of Holistic Mental Health Wellness Inc., which originated long before it was founded in 2015. Tangee started in the field of psychiatry in 2005, as a floor nurse at an urban hospital in Chicago. There, she saw how the deprivation of social, physical, mental, spiritual nurturing, and love from others and towards ourselves can impact one's psyche.
As Tangee went through her own healing journey, she awakened to this inner knowing that challenges were indeed opportunities which ultimately lead us to align with our higher power. As Tangee started practicing as an APN, after graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago, she soon found that though there is a place for medication in the treatment of psychiatric illnesses, in particular; one cannot ignore that there are holistic options that don't only treat the symptoms but can heal at the core of the problem.
